The former chancellor Rishi Sunak was asked whether as PM he would bring in energy rationing and further windfall taxes.
Speaking to LBC’s Nick Ferrari at a hustings event in Wembley Arena in London, Mr Sunak said nothing “should be ruled out” and defended the windfall tax he announced in May.
