Andrew Bailey on Bank of England interest rate rise warning

The Bank of England governor has warned that interest rates may have to rise even higher, as he gave a “blunt message”.

Andrew Bailey told the BBC’s Faisal Islam about how the “actions of Russia” have effected energy prices, with a prediction of a UK recession. He also said that inflation is going to affect people this winter.
