PMQs: Watch Johnson and Starmer’s exchange in full

Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer face each other in Prime Minister’s Questions – the first since Johnson resigned as the Conservative party leader.

At one point Johnson says any of the eight Tory leadership candidates would “wipe the floor” with Starmer, calling him “Captain Crash-a-roony Snooze Fest”.
