Health Secretary Steve Barclay challenged on ambulance delay deaths

On Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, Steve Barclay was asked if it was true that people were dying unnecessarily in ambulances because of a delay getting them into hospitals.

The health and social care secretary said “that is a material risk” and stressed that it was important to fix the flow of patients through hospitals.
