The Labour leader was pressed on what he meant by the need to “reflect” on expanding London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone<\/a> (Ulez).<\/p>\n

Sir Keir Starmer said there was “no doubt” the issue was the reason his party failed to win the Uxbridge and South Ruislip by-election<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In Yorkshire, he told BBC political editor Chris Mason that Labour needed to listen but it was “too early say what should happen next”.<\/p>\n
