PM Rishi Sunak has said that he regretted appointing Gavin Williamson, who has resigned while being investigated over bullying texts and behaviour, as a minister.<\/p>\n

His comments came after Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer labelled Mr Williamson a “pathetic bully”.<\/p>\n
