Deputy Labour leader Angela Rayner has attacked the new chancellor’s mini-budget as ”reckless” and ”casino economics.”<\/p>\n

The top rate of income tax top has been scrapped as part of the biggest package of tax cuts in 50 years, and the basic rate will fall by a penny.<\/p>\n

Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng has insisted the tax cuts are fair for all, despite the highest earners benefiting the most.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
