Kwasi Kwarteng said the UK needed global banks to create jobs in London, not in Paris, Frankfurt or New York.<\/p>\n

He told the Commons that caps on bankers’ bonuses did not lower the total package of money, adding: “We are going to get rid of it.”<\/p>\n
